Are your products digital or physical? Almost everything in the shop is a digital download — printables, magazines, and guides you can enjoy right away, no waiting on the mail. Any product that's physical will say so clearly in its description.
How do I get my files after I purchase? The moment your order goes through, your files are ready for you. You'll find them on your product download page, and a link will also be sent to the email address you used at checkout. (If you don't see that email within a few minutes, peek in your spam or promotions folder — it likes to hide there sometimes.)
What format are the files in? Your downloads are printable PDFs — easy to open on just about any phone, tablet, or computer, and lovely to print at home.
I lost my files or my download isn't working. Can you help? Of course. You can access your downloads via the original email or in your product download page. You can also have the download resent to you by clicking this link and entering the email address used to purchase the product. Or reach out to support@homesweethomemaker.com with your order details and I'll get you taken care of. You're never stuck!
Do I need any special software? Nope — just a free PDF reader, which most phones, tablets, and computers already have built in.
Printing Your Files
Can I print these at home? Yes, please do! Everything is designed to print beautifully on standard US Letter (8.5" × 11") paper with any home printer. Print in color or black-and-white, whatever you love.
How many times can I print? As many times as you'd like for your own home, friend. Print a fresh copy each season, reprint a favorite page — it's yours to enjoy again and again.
The Homemaker's Guide Subscription
How does the subscription work? The Homemaker's Guide is a seasonal digital magazine delivered four times a year — Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring. With your annual subscription, every issue comes straight to you as it releases, along with a matching printable companion packet, free with each one.
When will I get each issue? You'll receive the current season's issue right away when you subscribe, then each new issue as it's released through your subscription year.
Does my subscription renew automatically? It does. Your subscription renews automatically each year on your original subscription date, at your original subscription price — so the rate you lock in today stays your rate for as long as you're with me. 💗
How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel anytime, no hard feelings, right from your product download page. Once you cancel, your subscription simply won't renew on its next renewal date.
What happens to the issues I've already received if I cancel? They're yours to keep, always. Cancelling just stops future renewals — every issue and companion packet you've already downloaded stays right where it is on your devices.
Payments & Refunds
Is checkout secure? Yes — your payment is processed securely at checkout, and your card details are never stored by me.
What's your refund policy? Because every product is a digital download that's available to you the instant you purchase, all sales are final and digital products are non-refundable. For the subscription, payments are non-refundable once an issue has been delivered. I know that's the nature of digital goodies — but if something ever goes wrong with your order, please reach out to support@homesweethomemaker.com and I'll always make it right.
Using Your Files
Can I share my downloads with a friend? These are licensed for your own personal, at-home use by you and your family. If a friend would love them too — and I hope they do! — please send her my way to grab her own copy. It truly means the world.
Can I sell or redistribute the printables? No, friend — the files can't be resold, redistributed, or used commercially. They're created just for personal home use.
